Shopping Tips Everyone Should Know!
Hey, Dolls! I am back, FINALLY (right?). I know I haven't been doing too good with my posts, but, I got one for you today! As some of you may (or may not) know, I am now apart of another YouTube channel in addition to mine. I of course, do the beauty segment on this new show. While filming for this show, I made a video about shopping tips. I thought that sharing some simple shopping tips that everyone should know would also be helpful as a blog post. So, let's jump in!
Number 1 : Try Thrift Stores First!
If you just happen to be out around town shopping, but, not for anything specific, stop by your local thrift shops! A lot of times you can find cheap items that are like new! Have a passion for high fashion? If you're lucky, you can even find name brand items at GoodWill!
Number 2 : Compare Stores & Prices!
Don't always settle on an item, regardless of price or location, just because it's in front of you. Take some time and look at other stores, because, prices DO vary. Why pay $20 for a shirt, when you could have gotten the SAME one for $8 a few stores down?
Number 3 : If You Don't Love It On The Hanger, You Wont Love It In Your Closet!
We all have been guilty of this at some point! We see something that we kind of like on the hanger, and we always tell our self "I'll get it, maybe I'll like it better when I try it at home". "Maybe I need to play around with it". NO! If that's what going through your mind, you'll take it home and never wear it! You just end up spending money and taking up closet space. Make sure you LOVE it!
Number 4 : Try Before You Buy!
I personally hate trying clothes on in the stores! I hate getting dressed, getting undressed, & then getting dressed again. You may be like this too, but, we have to do it. Why buy something, then get it home and it doesn't fit? Then you have to go through that dreadful return process, or take a loss and waste money.
